INVOICING:
In the line up with the current financial and taxation regulations, the catering, accommodation and further costs have to be shown on the invoice item by item. The invoice will be issued to the name of the participant in case there is no other request (invoicing address is different from the participant's address). After-wise modification of the invoice has a 15 Euro administration cost. Invoicing details, requested to fill in visible capital block letters.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations should be submitted to the Expert-Quality Congress and Travel Agency

In case of administration fee, cancellations received by 10 November 2026, will be accepted and refund, except the 15 Euro cancellation fee. After this date, we can not accept any cancellations and no refund will be given.
Every item on an invoice has been already issued, and not canceled according to the above-mentioned ways, has to be paid even in case of no show-up.
Services not canceled in written form, but has an invoice about having to be covered even in case of no-show. Client states, by filling this form, accept the terms and conditions stated above.
